I've spent the last few days getting my son's room all ready for the visit, you may remember what it *did* look like
HERE not a pretty sight, LOL! My friend brought all the things she is loaning me today so I got it all set up:) I also have diapers, formula, wipes, etc. and as much as I used to complain about buying all those things when my son was a baby it sure is fun this time around :D I ended up moving the bed and night stand to make a little more room:)

She also brought me a swing (Tyler loves to swing;) and a carseat so they don't have to bring theirs! It even has one of those snuggle bags you can put them in so they don't need a snowsuit:O I'll tell ya, they've got really clever things these days! So we are less than 2 weeks to go and everyone is super-excited!!! Hope you are all getting all your ducks in a row as well, it will be here before you know it!!!!
looks good Carmen.. they will enjoy that room..getting my ducks in a row...gotta wrap and mail..:)
ReplyDeleteIt looks great! How exciting to see all that baby stuff. How I miss the days of the "confinement" pack n play before they become really mobile but I don't miss the days of spendy formula.

Oh Carmen how fun!!!!!!!!!!My Julz WAS due Dec 26......so I was in a complete frenzy about Christmas.......have it at my house or naught? She went for an ultrasound today and they are a little concerned that Nathan is a bit small.....so she had to go for a stress test as his heart rate has slowed....They feel he is healthy and OK.....but small........whew........but she is on bed rest.......kinda tough to be a chef at a VERY busy restaurant at this point... she has to go for stress tests every 3 days to monitor him.....and they will induce her if she doesn't go by the 18th..........so a very nervous Noni right now!!!!!!!!
